Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise specified, terms of payment are C.O.D. or prepaid credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) payable in U.S. dollars. NEVAC or Nevada Vacuum or Associated Vacuum Services, Inc. shall have the right to collect reasonable expenses, including attorney fees, incurred in enforcing the collection of any amount due. Price quotations are good for 30 days from the date quoted and are subject to availability at the time of order.


Taxes: Any sales, use, occupation, or other taxes which may be imposed on this transaction, or other taxes which may be imposed on this transaction are not included in the price shown and shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.


Shipping Terms: F.O.B. shipping point. Seller will ship collect or prepaid, unless specified by buyer in its order. Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days of shipment. Claims for damages are to be made through carrier and are the responsibility of the buyer.


Purchases: A written, signed purchase order is required for all purchases. Minimum billing charge of $75.00 will apply. Cancellation, waiver or alteration of an order can only be made with the written consent of Nevada Vacuum and are subject to the following cancellation charges:


After detailed drawing is completed and production begins: 30% of purchase price is due.
After design completion and drawings submitted for approval: 15% of purchase price is due.
Additional charges will be added to cover non-recoverable costs and/or the amount of any fabrication.
Standard products: 25% restocking
Any cancellation of a written order of standard product is subject to a 15% cancellation fee


A 25% deposit may be required for certain purchases. This deposit will be applied to total price. If purchaser cancels, seller reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover non-recoverable costs. No returns or any product will be allowed without written permission of Nevada Vacuum. Return items must have a return goods authorization number. Cancellation and/or restocking charges will be assessed where applicable. Credit will not be issued on goods that have been altered or disassembled in any way or subjected to improper storage, handling or use other than to seller’s instructions.



Standard (New) Equipment

Nevada Vacuum warrants that all items delivered are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the date of the shipment. Seller makes no warranty with respect to product manufactured by others. However, seller shall extend to buyer any warranties which it receives from such vendors. No other warranty whether expressed or implied, including any warranty for fitness for a particular purpose, shall exist in connection with the sale or use of this product.


Used Equipment and Repairs

All repairs and reconditioned equipment comes with a 90 day warranty from the date of shipment, unless stated differently in writing. The warranty covers parts and labor under normal and proper use. All special warranties that are not covered under the standard terms and conditions will be stated “in writing” on original quotation. All other terms remain the same. Nevada Vacuum reserves the right to either inspect the item under warranty, request you return to us, and at our option repair or replacement at our expense F.O.B. our Santa Ana, California facility, or give you proper credit for such equipment or parts determined by us to be defective. Returned items must have prepaid freight by purchaser. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. This authorized repair or replacement will, in turn, be warranted up to the expiration of the original warranty, but will not extend that warranty. The foregoing shall not apply to equipment that shall have been altered or repaired after shipment to you by anyone. This warranty does not apply to equipment sold in “as is” condition.
